light (a poem)

light
I feel the wind in my face
it nips at my nose for turning towards it
i respond aggressively for not heading to
it . the light i look at is burning my eyes
every second is a second too long
even though every sense is to turn my head
and run but i will go , to walk until my end
to face my demons and run towards the light
facing my giants every step i take
and go into the light.
