work out routines
so fella's, what do you do for your work out routine?
is it workings?
how long have you been on the routine?
what diet are you on, if any?
is your diet successful?
i work out daily. extreme upper body. been back on it for a couple months maybe. i'm on the 70/30 diet (70% veggies and 30% protien/carbs) and it's great for me. i'm not hungry and it's a very healthy way to eat. when i start bulking i'll switch to a 60/40. my diet is great. keeps me in shape, keeps me healthy, and helps me stay full and focused. i basically eat 10 servings of veggies a day.

Re: work out routines
when it comes to young and development, it's VERY puberty related.
and pubes are puberty related 100%! what you do with them, isn't.

Re: work out routines
Eric diet is important in puberty. Also working out in many senses relates to hormones and well threads like this seem more beloning to the puberty section than anywhere else

thank you for seeing and supporting my view and position on this. a female wouldn't have the same routines, physical reactions, or needs as a male who is working out.

Re: work out routines
Puberty - is the time when your body begins to change from a child’s body into an adult body.
If working out was part of puberty, then EVERYONE would go through this phase. They don't, it is vanity that makes people work out not puberty, there it has nothing whatsoever to do with puberty.

Re: work out routines
He worded it to suit for puberty and as a legandary mod on VT said as long as it is worded and the user explains why it should belong in puberty, then who cares let it be in puberty.
Also kyle this is not contrubting to this users thread

Re: work out routines
working out during puberty impacts your body differently than working out before and after puberty. its affects the testosterone in the body, it affects the muscle structure and development. working out definitely affects puberty, but this isn't a debate. i started this thread for boys who work out and to see how it's affecting them and their bodies.
so, back on topic. working out. not whether or not it's puberty related or not. if you want that debated, start a thread in the debate area?

This is NOT VT so it does not matter how it was worded, it has NOTHING to do with puberty. Oh Derri, arguing with the ADMIN is not constructive to the thread or your reputation either.

Re: work out routines
Kyle No I have not done so just to please him, I am trying to make sure everyone is happy and therefore not cause arguments, look if I moved this back whitch I did, it ends the arguing does it not, and now you have continued the arguing have you not. So Please can we just stop this and get back on topic

Re: work out routines
kyle do you realize you aren't a mod anymore? and it wasn't to "please me". it was because he agree'd. i didn't ask anyone to move it back. i simply stated WHY and HOW it is puberty related. i even said the medical reason's it is.

Re: work out routines
well it is puberty related as i already stated the medical reasons why, but if you'd had read my last post i stated, regardless of where categorized. i will talk openly about my working out. which affects my erections, testicles, and development, so you decide. i don't care where it's at personally. i just wanted you to know why i put in puberty.

Re: work out routines
I'll keep it here, but, let me tell you that it affects everyone's testicals, everyone's erections, etc. Just because it deals with downstairs does not mean it's a puberty issue.

Re: work out routines
it deals with those things because when you are young messes with the testosterone levels that are already going nuts (no pun intended). my doctor informed me once i am done with puberty it will no longer my body how it now and the ONLY reason certain things are happening is due to puberty.
since our bodies in puberty are producing more testosterone than "normal" already, when working out it produces even more because it's a natural release. which intensifies things. that's just one example.

Re: work out routines
we are FORCED to take weight training in high school for at least one year. since i have a messed up back, i take adaptive weight training. but i workout everyday at home anyway so i guess it's whatever.
i get embarrassed with it at school though cause i always pop a boner and we must wear warm ups so it's completely noticeable.
