Why is this place called Whoville?

No, it has not much to do with the hometown of Mary Lou Who aka the place that the Grinch goes about ROBBING BLIND (before the heart enlargement of course). 



 It has more to do with my love... some would say obsession... with Doctor Who. 



Why do I love Doctor Who?

Doctor Who is awesomely creative.  Because it is pretty much about a man (okay, Time Lord) who travels time and space, the stories can be about... well, pretty much everything! Also the Doctor isn't too hard on the eyes.



The Doctor is all about offering mercy to his foes. He always seems to offer them a choice. He chooses to believe in the best of mankind even when we many times don't give him a reason to!  The Doctor also tries to end things with nonviolence whenever possible.  You just don't see him carrying a gun all that often.  He doesn't roll like that.

That's why I love Doctor Who.

You may have noticed that my post count was a little low last week. It's because I have been so very busy! Now that soccer is on off season, I needed to find a new extra curricular activity to keep me busy. One of my friends suggested I help out with the school play, so that's what I've been doing lately.  Not as one of the actors, but helping with the behind the scenes stuff like building the set and tech crew stuff. This is all new to me, but I am having a lot of fun! 

See? I'm not just about sportsy girl, I can be an artsy girl, too!  I played clarinet in middle school. I would've did marching band when I got here to high school, but that would have meant giving up soccer and I love soccer more.

This is seriously the winter that never ends.  I was born in Michigan and now live in Indiana... so you would think I would be used to this by now right? Methinks there was a mixup somewhere and I was supposed to be a California girl.

I am so glad there is no school today. I had a dream last night that I was at school and there were lizards on the stairwell and every time I moved to a different stairwell to get to class, there would be MORE lizards... HISSING! Yes.... lizards on every stairwell!

Yeah, I know weird.

And I am still freaked out. So I am glad that I did not go today.

Well that and I do like sleeping in.

meanwhile plymouth had school today.

School is full of suck .

But yes. I agree with you, citizens of Whoville! School sucks very hard. Mostly. I enjoy some things about school. Just not the homework bit!

Lizards are awesome face. Lots of lizards are even more awesome face. Scary lizards are amazing face.
