does anyone experience pain when they have erections? not blue ball pain, but pain in your penis?

This could be part of puberty, as you stated before, your puberty was delayed, and if now your penis is growing longer and fatter, then this is quiet normal.

I get pain in my penis after I masterbate to much in one day.
Hope this helps, the only way to stop it is to not masterbate for a while.
