Could we not have a forum labeled members misc a bit like the white padded room for members to post up rants or say goodbye or give happy birthday messages? the thing is I feel this would be good as general disscusion has this stuff in it but it also has more serious topics and with diaries no longer avaible this could be possibly be the next best thing could it not?

I think waht he means is like a public diary, so you have your own little diary, but you dont need to mod it

Why did we stop the diary- anyway

because then the owners of a diary could ban, and give infractions, and eventually see IP addresses.

So for the sake of everyone and fairness I think no one should have a diray

Nothing but still my topic my thread, I mean why cluter up general disscusion with things like what happend in my day or something i want to share, if some people get a diary and others dont then we need to accept this is unfair

we are done with diaries. we are deleting them when people don't use them anymore.

plus, it doesn't have to be fair, like how because of certain members abusing power, only admins can see IP addresses, and ban.. soon.

How is this, our issue, you intrusted people with power and they abused it.....

Mods dont need to see our ip adresses anyway, because they cant do an Ip ban and also banning is a loss as its the only way to stop spammers but we have not been hit by too many spammers lately so...

however, we need to see if they're multiple accounts.

I know but come on Eric if that happens its easy to tell...like the way they post also many have hidden ip or fake so they cannot be spotted on such a system or they change lol
