After Death

so what do you think is after death?

I think there's nothing. you just...become nothing

I think there is a heaven, and hell and you have to prove yourself to go to heaven but if you do bad in life you will go to hell

yeah. although it doesn't make much sense to me, i believe what brooke said. it makes the most sense, what little there is.

I just have faith in the unknown and unseen although I wish I would know for sure

That is where faith comes in..you have to have faith in the unknown

When you die, you either get burnt to a crisp, or become worm fodder, nothing else. Once the body dies, the brain ceases to work, so therefore there is no consciousness, therefore nothing exists.

Although all of these explanations are true everything isn't explained by science some things just happen without an explanation

I agree with that, all I am saying is I have faith in the unseen.

This. I firmly believe in an afterlife, while some may say it doesn't make sense, they also say religion makes no sense, which of course, they may think and believe, I'm fine with that, (everyone should be), but I just believe there is something more.

I believe for now while I am living that there is no after life due to the serious lack of proof.

However until I die, I will truly never know.

I believe the same as Ninja Yellow Monkey and Deirde. If you are good you go to heaven if you are bad you go to hell. I believe though that before you go to heaven you have to clean yourself in a huge painful fire, The more sins the longer you are in there.You eventually go to heaven though. To hell though it is a straight path.

define "bad". doesn't the Bible say that if you aren't a believer you go to hell? what kind of sins do you have to commit to get the worst? Eternal punishment for being imperfect?

so if I believe in another religion and in life I've been kind and generous to people, and hell does exist, I would still go to hell? It's based on beliefs, not actions?
