Bullies

I dont care to be honest.

Its a life issue one needs to overcome

So your basically saying you wouldn't mind been bullied every day for a year?

So you're saying, Derri... That if you are buliied it makes life easier? Without bullies there would be no mean comments, therefor no reason to be "prepared." There is NO reason whatsoever to be a bully. At all. If you disagree with this, it only shows you are a bully.

how does this make me a bully all I am saying there is 2 sides to every coin.

also simplytom I have been bullied, well not in the most common sense but bullied none the less and to me it has teached me a lesson.

As i said i've been bullied to dont see its made me a better person can't stand bullies never will and no it doesnt prepare me for later life in the slightest i wouldnt want anyone i know to be bullied because it will "be better for them in later life" not one bit

I completely agree with Jessica, because for some people who get bullied it ruins their her perspective of life and makes them believe that they truly don't deserve life....now how does that prepare you for life..I mean we only have one life to live can't we just have fun with no drama?

Whats the point in bullying? Can someone explain that to me? All it does is make people feel bad, so whats the point? Is it to make others feel bad so you can feel better? I don't know, I don't get it.

To others who are insecure it's to make themselves feel stronger, and more powerful than others, but truthfully why even do it?

Ty. Bullying just leads to more bullying. Some people bully because they feel bad, so they bully to make themselves feel better. But then that makes others feel bad so they bully etc....

Bullying causes soo many problems...we need everyone to understand this, and we also need the person being bullied to be the better person without engaging them.

Also, bullies bully because they may have a tough home life, but thats still no reason to make other peoples life hell. Get a counselor.

A lot of people call me a nerd in a negative conotation, but I use it as energy to feed my lifes fire. Nerd=smart person...smart=good

I think people bully because they're trying to show power. They aren't confident in their own abilities so they try to put down those who threaten them. I used to be bullied, not constantly at all, but I know what it feels like. I know she doesn't, I hope, but my older sister tells me she hates me quite often.

What about harrasment? That happens to me at my school. These guys they call me....strange, strange things while also complimenting me for the WRONG reasons.

I think all bullying stems from how they are treating at home, because if they have a bad home life they will often rebel, and think it's okay to treat other people that way, and I also agree with that last part about being harassed, because that has happened to me as well...

How they are treated at home might be the cause for making them insecure. They are trying to prove to themselves that they are smarter, stronger, and more clever than others. They are trying to keep themselves from being on the bottom because they feel like they already are. Well, with harrassment, what do you do when you're called at by hockey players, you're walking across campus at night and the creeper yells from his barrack window at you. I don't know who these people are.

I agree with Jess here, it shouldn't be a part of life period, no one should have to suffer from it at all.

Well then your school is just stupid. Any school who bothered to make any kind of investigation would know you were being bullied. Unless you went up to them and randomly started fighting. Then of course your going to get excluded.

Also as for what I posted in earlier in this thread my opinion has slightly changed since then. That's why I prefer to start new threads on topics like these. Rather than continuing to post from something that's old.

I think it's wrong to suspend someone for simply standing up for themselves, because then people who are being bullied will just take what is given to them. I also think before getting into an all out fist fight you should go tell an adult, and ask to be saying all of your problems with that individual be anonymous.
