there's the shoutbox...and there's no way, since VK is hosted by a free forum host (forummotion), a chat mod can be installed unless a chat mod is suggested and accepted as a feature for forummotion forums in general...

just use the shoutbox Smile

well.. you mean.. at the bottom? the chat box? every single moderator is a chat mod. the @ next to their face, means they are chat mods.
