Internet Provider(s)

When you pay for a certain download speed, I WANT THAT SPEED! They always use that get out clause "Up to" yeah right, you never ever get the full speed, mostly only half of what you pay for!

I know. "up to" never works. "up to and including should be said. Even though it still won't work.

It is all about area kyle, nothing more nothing less.

I dislike this but its something you have to live with. I mean I am luck enough to live in the country side so they have internet bordcasters or whatever you call them in the country for some reason and I recive what I pay for.

Its unfortunite but I think we have to Just accept this
